What does antibacterial mean for Lamitech?
Our silver ion technology is integrated directly into the HPL layer – it works 24 hours a day, without visible alteration to the surface.
This technology reduces microbes, odors, and stain-causing bacteria by up to 99.9% within 24 hours (tested according to ISO 22196).

How does silver ion technology work?
During production, BioCote® silver ions are integrated into the HPL.
These ions prevent microbes from multiplying – they disrupt cell metabolism and inhibit growth, odor formation, and staining.
Thus, every Lamitech surface remains permanently hygienic, regardless of how often it is cleaned.
